New menus

Our Head Chef has introduced some exciting new menu's for 2008.
There is much emphasis on seasonal produce with menus changing every three months.
Dishes from our Winter Hot for buffet selection include Venison Sausages with creamy herbed mash and cranberry gravy, traditional Lancashire Hotpot and for dessert warm poached spiced fruit with creme Anglaise or Chocolate sponge pudding with custard.
Our fine dining menu's also change with each season and to compliment these we have an extensive wine list, including new "Fine wine" section.
Why not try one of our new "Creative Break" options such as "Mid Morning Madness", a selection of chocolate brownies, Flapjacks and fairly traded tea & coffee.
or for an afternoon break we have the new delicious "Cup Cake break", a little indulgence to brighten up your meeting.
